XS through 6XL across our core apparel range. We've designed each piece to fit, not to cover — so a 5XL isn't just a scaled-up XL, it's cut for the body wearing it.

Our tees and shorts are cut for athletic movement with room to swing freely. Refer to the size guide on each product page for chest and waist measurements in inches and centimetres. If you're between sizes and prefer a slightly looser feel, size up.

If your item doesn't fit right, we'll send a replacement size at no extra charge. Email us within 30 days with your order number and the size you need. The item must be unworn with tags attached.

Yes — our Women's Court Tee and Women's Leisure Tee use a ladies fit cut. The Unisex Court Tee is true unisex sizing. Each product page shows which fit you're looking at.

We currently ship across the United Kingdom only — mainland and offshore. International shipping is on the way. Sign up to the newsletter for first notice when we expand to the EU and beyond.

Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Express is 1-2 business days. Next Day arrives the next business day if you order before 3pm GMT. We ship with DPD and Royal Mail.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking link, typically updating within 24 hours of shipping. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.

If you spot a mistake, email contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk immediately — we may be able to update before dispatch. After dispatch we cannot redirect.

30 days from the date you received your order — more generous than the statutory 14 days because we know padel kit needs to be tried on and given the chance to prove itself.

Email contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with full return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error — in those cases we cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.

Rackets are only returnable if completely unused with the original plastic grip cover still in place. Once the plastic is removed or there are signs of court use, the racket is no longer returnable except where faulty or damaged on arrival.

Towels must be returned unused, unwashed, and with tags intact — we cannot accept used or sweaty towels for hygiene reasons. Water bottles are non-refundable for hygiene reasons (except where the item is faulty or arrived damaged).

We'll replace it free of charge. Photograph the packaging and item before unpacking further, then email contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos. Replacement goes out immediately.

For apparel size exchanges (item doesn't fit) — yes, free of charge. For colour swaps or different items, return for refund and place a new order to make sure you get your replacement before the size you want sells out.

Our Court Tees use a Tri-Dri performance fabric designed for moisture wicking and athletic movement. Our Leisure Tees use a soft cotton blend for everyday wear off the court.

Machine wash cold with similar colours, hang or tumble dry on low. Avoid fabric softener — it coats moisture-wicking fibres and reduces performance over time. If you need to iron, do so inside out on a low setting.

Our rackets are designed and manufactured in Spain — the home of competitive padel. Our apparel is produced in the United Kingdom.

Obsidian is a volcanic glass first forged into precision blades by the Aztecs in Mexico, around 1969 years before our launch. It's dark, refined, and made through pressure — which felt about right for what we're building.
