Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom only — mainland and offshore.

International shipping is on the way. Sign up to our newsletter for first notice when we expand to the EU and the rest of the world.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 3pm GMT on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping options & rates

We ship with DPD and Royal Mail. Specific rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your basket size and chosen delivery speed.

Free shipping on all UK orders over £100.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link in your dispatch email. UK orders typically update within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery issues

Missing parcels: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please check with neighbours and your local sorting office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

Late or lost parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum expected delivery time, contact contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk and we will work with the carrier to locate it. Lost parcels are typically resolved within 5-10 business days.

Damaged in transit: Photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further, then contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Wrong address: We can only ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk — we may be able to update before dispatch. After dispatch, we cannot redirect.
