Terms of service
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of obsidianpadel.co.uk and any purchases you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Obsidian Padel Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], with registered office at Unit 60 Oak Field Road, Wimborne BH21 6FE, United Kingdom. Our VAT number is [VAT NUMBER]. You can contact us at contact@obsidianpadel.co.uk.
2. About these terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, form the contract between you and us. We may update them from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place the order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or over and have the legal right to enter into a contract.
4. Products
We have made every effort to display the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, screen displays vary and we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy. Sizes are guidelines — please refer to our Size Guide for measurements. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
5. Pricing
All prices on our site are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time of order confirmation. If we make an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment.
6. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then, we may decline your order — for example, if items are out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full.
7. Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your card details — those are handled directly by our payment processors.
8. Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, costs, and areas served. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the items to your address. Title to the items passes to you when we receive full payment.
9. Cancellation and returns
See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Intellectual property

Subject to the above, our maximum liability to you under or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, supply chain disruption, severe weather, or carrier delays.
