Obsidian Physio Tape (KT Tape) 5m Pre-Cut Roll

Support for the joints and muscles that work hardest on court.

Obsidian Physio Tape is an elastic kinesiology tape on a 5m pre-cut roll, so you can tear off a strip and apply it in seconds, with no scissors needed in your kit bag. It stretches and moves with you, giving lightweight support to knees, shoulders, elbows, wrists and ankles without restricting your swing or your movement around the court.

• Black with the white Obsidian logo print
• 5cm wide x 5m pre-cut roll
• Elastic, breathable and comfortable to wear for long sessions
• Water-resistant adhesive that holds through sweat and showers
• Easy to tear off and apply
• Ideal for padel, tennis, running, gym and recovery days

How to use: Apply to clean, dry skin free of oils and lotions, ideally 30 to 60 minutes before playing. Round the corners of each strip and rub the tape after applying to activate the adhesive.

Not a substitute for medical advice. If you have an injury, speak to a physio or healthcare professional. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and remove if irritation occurs.
